"Religion, (and) morality,..are necessary to good government and the happiness of mankind, it shall forever be encouraged" (meaning encouraged by our government). If ever there were moments when our Founding Fathers were not extending their hands in humble service to the people then you could be sure that they were folded in solemn prayer somewhere seeking God’s divine direction as they toiled to turn the moral soil of the land toward Heaven. Day and night our founding fathers labored at planting the seeds of Christ-like morals and principles throughout the land intending that those seeds would sprout, take deep root and increase in their yield from generation to generation. These were the type of outstanding and admirable qualities of leadership indelibly etched into the early landscape of America’s history by such God-fearing men as George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and James Madison. These were the qualities which served as the driving force behind all of their efforts. These were the qualities which daily drove them to their knees in prayer. These were the qualities that served as the gauge by which they measured the integrity of their own hearts. Good leaders are ones who know the Godly way go the Godly way and show the Godly way. That is why our founding fathers were great leaders, because their vision for this country came from their passion for righteousness, not from their position of or passion for power. Today such political integrity and old-fashioned values have faded away as the result of non-use.

Is it possible that a government can secede from the people? All the evidence before us today points to a resounding "yes." God told Solomon that he could ask for anything he wanted and it would be granted to him and Solomon’s request was this: he said, "Give thy servant an understanding heart to lead the people....that I may discern between good and bad" (I Kings 3:9). This, too, was the desire of our founding fathers. A desire for wisdom to serve and lead the country in a manner pleasing to God. A righteous manner. A moral manner. An ethical manner. It was that desire and integrity with which the Founding Fathers originally painted this country’s "halls of power." Today however, that paint is not merely cracked and peeling in the corridors of our nations capitol, it is being sandblasted with political greed. It is being re-painted with layer upon layer of moral cowardice. And it is being sealed with a thick coat of apathy toward God.

It is a matter of public record, in abundance, that the Bible, the Name of God, the Cross of Jesus Christ, and daily prayer were the moral guideposts driven into the landscape of this nation by its founding fathers. And it is nothing less than an act of open betrayal against the American people by our president and our government that they have so dictatorially battered, beaten, and driven those moral guideposts so deep beneath the soil that it would now require a backhoe to reach them. Of course this very conveniently sets the stage for the ushering in of complete governmental dictatorship and a total eradication of Christianity and all Christian rights. Never did our Founding Fathers ever dream, nor did the American people ever suspect that it would be our own government, our own president, who would become our worst enemy. Our president today wears a suit of egoism In the pursuit of fulfilling his own person agenda. It is he alone who is both the motivation and the goal of his actions. His ethics (or lack thereof) sets as its goal the benefit and greatest good for himself alone. Our Founding Fathers wore an altogether different "suit". One of dignity. One cut from the cloth of Christian character and Christian values. One sewn together by the blistered and bloody knuckled hands of men with Integrity who labored without ceasing in guiding this nation in the only direction which they knew would achieve sure and certain success for America and its people, the direction of the Cross. Prayer was their compass and faith was their song. The only tune coming from today’s Oval Office is the ominous sound of creaking, cracking, splintering wood as our esteemed president plays the American people for fools and pulls down the Cross from America’s landscape to "get it out of his way." After all, It blocks his view of Allah.

When President Wilson was experiencing great difficulties in international negotiations he arrived at a cabinet meeting and said to the cabinet members, "Let us pray and ask the help of God." The President of the United States fell upon his knees with the members of the cabinet, and prayed. In 1787 The Constitutional Convention was on the verge of complete failure over the issue of whether small states should have the same representation as large states. 81 year old Benjamin Franklin offered a suggestion. He said, "Gentlemen, I have lived a long time and am convinced that God governs in the affairs of men. If a sparrow cannot fall to the ground without His notice, is it likely that a nation can rise without His aid? I move that prayer imploring the assistance of Heaven be held every morning before we proceed to business." The motion carried. It was in every way impossible for the hearts and minds of our forefathers to even conceive of such spiritual mutiny as has been committed by our president. Why? Because their hearts were framed by, filled with, and guided by a genuine love for, trust in, and desire to follow the precepts of Almighty God as set forth in His Holy Word and to build only upon those precepts. Whereas the clear and dominant desire in the heart of today’s "commander in chief" is to "push God out of the way." Mr. Obama has stated: "One of the great strengths of the United States is that even though we have a very large Christian population, we do not consider ourselves a Christian nation." Why would he make this statement to begin with and why did he make it with such an obvious display of excitement? What gives Mr. Obama the authority to so unabashedly say that we are not a Christian nation? According to an ABC NEWS poll eighty-three percent of Americans identify themselves as Christians. Most of the rest, 13 percent, have no religion. That leaves just 4 percent as adherents of all non-Christian religions combined. Other studies place the number at between 70 and 80 % which averages out to 75% or three quarters of the population claiming Christianity as their religion - and Mr. Obama states to the world that we are not a Christian nation? In addition to denying that America is a Christian nation in his April 6 news conference in Turkey, Mr. Obama also told the Turkish Parliament on that same day: "We will convey our deep appreciation for the Islamic faith, which has done so much over the centuries to shape the world — including in my own country (the United States)." Funny, but I don’t recall our history books mentioning any Muslims joining Paul Revere in his ride. To my knowledge the signers of the Declaration of Independence do not include any Muslim signatures, And even though Mr. Obama is well aware that written in the Koran is their belief that any nation which does not acknowledge the Prophet [Mohammed] is considered by them as a nation of sinners, and it is the duty of the faithful [Muslims] to plunder, enslave and murder the people of that nation, Mr. Obama still continues to do all that he can to welcome them into our country by the tens of thousands. Mr. President, even the most feeble-minded of strategists knows that it is not at all wise to invite your worst enemies inside the gates by the thousands - unless of course your battle plan is a mutinous one against your own camp.

The founding fathers of our country wisely heeded God’s warning that in order for any nation to survive it must adhere only to His laws and and His teachings "else the hammer of God fall upon us and break us into pieces and we become a desolation among the nations and the kingdom of God taken from us, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof" (Jeremiah 23:29, 50:23, and Matt. 21:43). Mr. Obama however has chosen to completely disregard that message. God has said "Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you" (Jeremiah 7:23). Our founding fathers heeded those words. Even blind Bartimaeus would clearly see the egregious manner in which Mr. Obama has gone out of his way to distance himself, the Whitehouse, and our country as far from the Cross as he possibly can, while trampling with unyielding doggedness over all that is right in the eyes of God. This is a man doing everything within his power to remove what he considers the very unpalatable presence of the Cross. Bit by bit, piece by piece he is surreptitiously "scraping it off the plate of America’s landscape and into the trash." Though the Cross may be "foolishness" to those in Washington D.C., though they run from it, ignore it, deny it, circumnavigate it and remove it from all public venues they can never empty it of its glory and power, nor can they ever remove it from the hearts of those who proudly stand in its shadow and claim Him Who bore that Cross as their Lord and Saviour.

As he continues to implement any and all actions necessary to strengthen his grip around the throat of America Mr. Obama would be wise to consider the fact that the Bible is filled with accounts of numerous other un-Godly Kings and rulers who also felt confident, secure, and sure of themselves while using the power of their crowns to carry out and fulfill their own personal agendas. But, without exception, the crowns of every single one of them ended up as nothing more than "crowns rolling in the dust". Not a single one of them succeeded. Not a single one ever will.

Now that we have looked at and addressed that which sits on the one edge of this diabolical sword drawn against us by our own president and his henchmen, let’s also look at the bacteria that live on the other edge of this sword being thrust into the belly of America - "the ACLU." The path to the ACLU is a heavily traveled one by atheists, agnostics and others who deeply fear the Cross, the Bible, and even the very mention of the name of God. Anyone who watches the news or reads the paper knows that the ACLU aggressively seeks for any and all openings which will allow them the opportunity to run to court and enjoy their three favorite activities which are Sue, Sue, and Sue! The ACLU enthusiastically leaps at every opportunity to sue any person or institution who exhibits even the slightest possibility of "emoting" Christianity in any sector of the public venue. In an article entitled "ACLU, The Abolishing Christian Legacy Union," written by actor Chuck Norris and published on WorldNetDaily.com on December 11, 2006 Mr. Norris says "The ACLU is not anti-religion, just anti-Christian. By definition, it’s the American Civil Liberties Union. By action, it has become the Abolishing Christian Legacy Union." Mr. Norris continues by saying "The ACLU will assure Muslim clerics and Imans the right to pray on planes, fight for an atheist’s right to remove a cross, stand beside pro-abortionists, help illegal aliens cross our borders, and establish rights for the sexual deviant by forming the ACLU Lesbian Gay Bisexual Trans-gender Project, but what is it doing for Christians? While allegedly fighting against the tyranny of the majority, the ACLU itself rules religiously by litigation, lobbying, and supporting counter-culture Christian movements. So who died and appointed the ACLU as America’s religious constitutional watchdog? Membership for the ACLU is only 500,000. America’s population is 300 million. I think it’s time that we helped them feel their size."

With the aid of liberal judges and politicians the ACLU is responsible in large part for the steady erosion of our religious freedoms and the devaluation and sanctity of human life. It was the ACLU who spearheaded the effort which led to the US Supreme Court’s decision in 1963 that not only outlawed prayer in public schools but it also banned Bible reading in public schools. Also included in their list of "accomplishments" of which they are so proud is the Supreme Courts 1973 decision in Roe v. Wade which legalized abortion and has since brought about the cold-blooded murder of over fifty million innocent lives! Mr. Obama is a strong advocate for abortion and even infanticide. He even made the statement on national television that he would not want his daughters to be "punished with a baby." In April of 2009 while testifying before the House Foreign Affairs Committee Secretary of State Hilary Clinton stated, "We are now an administration that will protect the rights of women, including their rights to reproductive health care," which is simply her cowardly way of skirting the true meaning of her statement which is "this administration fully supports any woman who wants to murder her own baby." This ultimately boils down to their "administration" being one of communistic rule, because, if a person does not even have the right to be born (which is what they are saying) then all other rights of the American people are moot as well. So this begs the question why don’t they remove the white sheet they hide behind to cover their moral holocaust movement, (they are not fooling anyone), fire up the gas chambers, and start throwing everyone in who refuses to follow their Judas trail?

This unconstitutional beating against traditional Christian values from our legal system, our government, and our President continues on a daily basis at an alarmingly rapid rate. Here is just one shocking example from among thousands of the perverted ACLU working hand in hand with our equally perverted courts: Some time ago a US District Court Judge (Samuel Kent) of the state of Texas ordered that any prayer at a high school graduation must not mention the name of Jesus. This judge actually stated, "Make no mistake, this court is going to have a United States marshal in attendance at the graduation. If any student offends this court, that student will be summarily arrested and will face up to six months incarceration in the Galveston County Jail for contempt of court. Anyone who thinks I’m kidding about this order better think again....anybody who violates these orders....is going to wish that he or she had died as a child when this court gets through with them." What extreme arrogance for this judge to make such a despicable statement about America’s school children. (These are the very same type of tactics that the Gestapo used in Germany just before they persecuted and slaughtered six million Jews.)

Let’s take a moment to address the ACLU and this self-righteous judge by introducing them to the "facts" regarding the early history of our country’s "school system." All but two of the first 108 universities founded in America were Christian. Founded and organized to "promote the Gospel of Jesus Christ." This includes the first, Harvard, where the student handbook listed this as Rule #1: "Let every student be plainly instructed and earnestly pressed to consider well, (that) the main end of his life and studies is to know God and Jesus Christ, which is eternal life, John 17:3; and therefore to lay Jesus Christ as the only foundation for our children to follow the moral principles of the Ten Commandments."

Five years after establishing the Massachusetts Bay Colony, the puritans started in Boston the first elementary school supported by tax money. In 1647 they passed an ordinance which marked the beginning of the US public school system. It put the Bible in the center of its curriculum, asserting that it is "one chief project of that old deluder, satan, to keep men from the knowledge of the Scriptures." Teaching our school children knowledge of God and the Scripture was the main thrust of the school Education system. However, as mentioned previously, the ACLU with the support of the Supreme Court in totally un-constitutional fashion banned Bible reading in public schools in 1963.

When King’s College (now Columbia University) opened in 1754, the following was part of an advertisement published for the school: "The chief thing that is aimed at in this college is to teach and engage children to know God in Jesus Christ."

In its early days Princeton insisted that its faculty be "convinced of the necessity of religious experience for salvation." John Witherspoon, the first president of Princeton said, "Cursed be all learning that is contrary to the Cross of Christ. Cursed be all learning that is not subservient to the Cross of Christ."

WILLIAM AND MARY was established "that the Christian faith might be propagated."

DARTMOUTH was founded to train missionaries to the Indians.

In 1777, Continental Congress voted to spend $300,000 to purchase bibles which were to be distributed throughout the 13 colonies! And in 1782, the United States Congress declared, "The Congress of the United States recommends and approves the Holy Bible for use in all schools."

Martin Luther warned, "I am much afraid that the universities (schools) will prove to be the great gates to hell, unless they diligently labour to explain the Holy Scriptures and to engrave them upon the hearts of youth."

With great delight the ACLU continues its onslaught against Christians and family values. They are relentless in their intimidation tactics and their goal of banishing Christianity altogether as well as the rights of Christians everywhere. Here are just a few examples from among the innumerable lawsuits and intimidation tactics that have been carried out by the vile organization ACLU.:

In 2004, due to the threat of an ACLU complaint, the US Post Offices in Louisville, Kentucky ceased carrying "Holy Bears." "Holy Bears, Inc., the Texas-based designer/marketer of a line of plush toy bears with inspirational and patriotic messages were being sold by the US Postal Service which included the God Bless America bear and the God Bless Our Troops Bear, as well as other designs that honored religious and family themes. But a single Kentucky resident said that he found the bears offensive and threatened to go to the ACLU. Louisville Postal headquarters issued a memo directing employees to take the bears off the shelves and return them to the company.*

After demands in a lawsuit filed by the ACLU, a public school district in Louisianna stopped allowing prayers before football games and other school events.*

A public employee of the Tehama County Child Protection Services Agency in Redbluff, California began displaying a Bible in his cubicle and meeting with fellow workers during lunch for prayer. He was told to stop praying and remove his Bible. A judge sided with the state against the employee.**

A lawsuit threat from the ACLU of Indiana prompted a high school in the Indianapolis area to drop its tradition of prayer at graduation after receiving a single complaint from just one student.***

The ACLU filed a lawsuit to prohibit the Gideons from distributing Bibles at a school in St. Louis, MO. The ACLU wanted to use the case to ban Bible distribution in communities across the nation.****

Under intimidation from the ACLU a school district in Florida consented to ban all employees from engaging in prayer or religious activities, whether before, during, or after school hours.*****

The ACLU filed a complaint against noon-meal prayers at the US Naval Academy.******

In closing, it is painfully apparent that it must be constantly brought to our President’s attention that Peaceful religion is not spelled I-S-L-A-M! "Traditional Values.org, in an article from June 24, 2008 reports "All over the United States radical Muslims are pushing companies to bow to Islamic law known as Sharia....efforts are already underway here in America to introduce Sharia enclaves in some communities. What Muslims are doing has been referred to as "creeping Sharia" - that is, getting companies, communities and states to change policies in order to force everyone to obey Sharia law....Caribou coffee shops and Church’s Fried Chicken are Saudi-owned companies which operate and manage their employees based on Sharia principles."

Additionally, from 4/2010, traditionalvalues.org comes this headline and story: "CAIR ANNOUNCES VICTORY. April 23, 2010 - Washington, DC - Nihad Awad, a founder of the Council for American Islamic Relations (CAIR) and its chief public spokesman, was the first to start taking a victory lap and announce that evangelist Franklin Graham was "disinvited" from a National Day of Prayer ceremony at the Pentagon. This attack on Franklin Graham and Christians was engineered by CAIR and it has the fingerprints of Barack Obama’s White House all over it, said Tradition Values Coalition Executive Director Andrea Lafferty. Nihad Awad and CAIR offer us a preview of what America will be like if they are ever successful....There is zero tolerance for anything at variance with Islam."

A video posted on youtube shows English speaking Muslims living in America protesting America. This is an excerpt of their words of protest - "Just to show where our loyalty belongs to, you see this flag here" (they then throw the American Flag on the ground and begin stomping on it) "Our loyalty does not belong to this flag, our loyalty belongs to the laws of (Islam).... We disassociate ourselves to represent anything that this flag stands for, represents or calls for.... It is we, Islam, who will dominate all other religions, to dominate the United States, to dominate the world." Incredibly, President Obama Praises Islam as a 'Great Religion' (AP - foxnews.com 9/1/09) President says Islam is "part of America," hails the religion's "commitment to justice and progress" Again it must be said that "welcoming your enemies as immigrants by the millions is not a good idea. From one side of his mouth the President says that though it is a great inconvenience it is absolutely necessary to have such extreme security measurements, screenings and pat-downs at our airports in the face of threats from Al Caida and Islamic Regimes. Then from the other side of his mouth he states over and over what a wonderful people and religion Islam is.

An article posted by Christian Ministries International says this.... "Islam is a beautiful and peaceful religion". Have you ever heard this claim before? If you’ve watched any news commentary shows or read any editorials in your local newspaper recently, I’d be willing to bet you have. Ever since the tragic events of 9/11, the Islamic propaganda machine and the liberal media have been doing everything they can to convince the American public that in-spite of what we see on the news every night, Islam really is a "beautiful and peaceful religion". Unfortunately, this claim is simply false. Consider this: where in the world is the beautiful and peaceful Muslim country that millions of people are trying to immigrate to? Where in the world is that beautiful and peaceful Muslim culture that other nations so strongly admire? Where in the world has the beautiful and peaceful religion of Islam created a society characterized by freedom, justice, and human rights for all? Where in the world has the beautiful and peaceful religion of Islam produced economic prosperity and opportunity for the majority of its adherents? The sad truth to all of the above questions is that there is no such beautiful and peaceful Muslim country or culture anywhere in the world....the fact remains that nowhere in the world do we find this so-called "beautiful and peaceful religion" of Islam producing a society characterized by freedom, justice, and prosperity. What has the religion of Islam truly produced in the lives and societies of its adherents? Terrorism, human rights abuses, slavery, poverty, warfare, hopelessness, hatred of Jews and Christians… these are the actual fruit of this religion. And this shouldn’t surprise us when you consider the fact that in the Koran, the Muslim holy book, there are over 100 verses directing Muslims to fight and kill Jews, Christians, and other Infidels. And it shouldn’t surprise us when you see that Mohammed, the founder and prophet of Islam, left his followers with an example of military conquest and plunder. And it shouldn’t surprise us when you understand that the religion of Islam is nicknamed "the religion of the sword". These are the roots of this religion (evil roots = evil religion = evil fruit… and Jesus told us, "you will know them by their fruit.")....2005 Christian Ministries International, Inc.

Any individual, no matter who he or she is, who states that our country and our constitution were not founded completely upon Christianity, a belief in God, the necessity to seek Him in prayer, and the obligation to follow His guidance in all affairs of our nation will also say with the same amount of truth that water is not wet, the sky is not blue, and grass is not green. Such a desperate act of denying the facts and the truth does not make it go away or in any way lessen its indisputable, over-powering, impeccable, without flaw or error, validity. It was indeed an all-encompassing belief, faith, and trust in God that guided, commanded, inspired, and drove with great passion, desire and intensity the hearts and actions of our nations Founding Fathers to establish and build this country solely upon the Christian faith. May we, as God’s children, fix our eyes and hearts ever upward to the God of all creation. May we plant our feet immovably on this same path of complete faith and trust. "He is near that justifies us; let us stand together: And may we endure, standing fast in the faith, remaining faithful to the end. Let us stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; for tt is by faith that we stand. Our faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God. Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, TO STAND!" (Ephesians 6:13, 1 Corinthians 16:13, Philippians 1:27, 2 Corinthians 1:24, 1 Corinthians 2:5, Isaiah 50:8.)
